‘Glee’ Takes Aim At Jessica Simpson
Tonight’s episode of ‘Glee’ takes a swipe at Jessica Simpson. Reportedly, a line in the script goes a little something like this:
“Sometimes I wish I could be more like Coach Tanaka. He pulled a Jessica Simpson — you know, lost his fiancé, gained 40 pounds, stopped showering, and everyone acts like that is totally normal.”
Wow. That’s harsh. But according to someone close to Jessica’s new show, she’s used to it:
“She’s so used to being a punching bag,” an insider close to the Price of Beauty star tells Life & Style. “It’s all part of the inspiration for her new show.”
Do you think the media picks on Jessica a little too much?
