With the Golden Globes having just occurred and the 2012 Academy Awards  nominees announced, award season is in full swing! How do celebrities relax? For Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, it’s about unwinding with the kids.

“A lot of it, for us, is family. Just breaking away and getting to take the kids to Benihana’s or something.”

And if they’re just hanging out at home?

“iCarly,” says Pitt. “iCarly is big in our house. It is. I know every episode.”

Who would’ve thought two of the biggest movie stars on the planet are keeping up with ‘iCarly’? LOL

‘Desperate Housewives‘ star Eva Longoria opens up to Health Magazine for their January issue (on stands tomorrow) about her post-divorce life and being beautiful and healthy in Hollywood.  She shared:

On defining a healthy life:

“I remember after my divorce, I was so thin and everyone kept saying how great I looked and it was probably the most unhealthy place I’ve ever been.”

On her positive outlook on life:

“I don’t get depressed. Even after my divorce, everybody was like, ‘Wow, you bounced back so quick.’”

On the pressure to keep up with being ‘beautiful’ in Hollywood:

“…It takes a village to build me for the red carpet. It’s an illusion created by stylists, hair, makeup. I don’t put as much effort into it as my team does.”

On her biggest health regret:

“…That time I became a vegan. I love the philosophy behind veganism, but I went from one day eating chicken and meat to eating just salad.”

On being named “Most Beautiful”:

“I was talking to Kim [Kardashian] about this the other day. I said, ‘You’re the most beautiful thing in the world,’ and she said, ‘No, you are.’…I was like, ‘No, honey, I’m old news.’”

The Hanson Brothers (Isaac, Taylor, and Zac) have decided to branch out from the music business. So what’s their next venture? Beer. They’re in the process of developing an Indian Pale Ale that they’ll call MMMHop (inspired by their biggest song, ‘MMMBop‘).

They explained during an appearance at Oxford University Union:

“We of course make records, they are fundamental to what we do, but we wanted to create a brand so that our fans have a greater experience. What is vital is that Hanson merchandise is quality and not made solely with the purpose of profit. We have a board game and even a record player to play our last record on, but we will never make dolls, lunch boxes or toothbrushes that play our songs for example.

“It’s vital our fans have trust in everything Hanson do. In fact we are soon going to be selling our own beer, I’m not even joking. MMMHop IPA anyone?”

The beer is scheduled to come out in early 2012. It seems kind of random to me, but hey, if it sells, it sells. Interested?

‘The Bourne Legacy‘ and ‘Mission Impossible 4‘ star Jeremy Renner shared with Details magazine why he doesn’t date much and why he bought a dog.

“I never dated, because I couldn’t afford to date. I didn’t even have electricity. You try to put a positive spin on it, like, ‘Hey, this is so sexy — look at all these candles!’  But I loved what I was doing. The sacrifices I made in personal relationships had the biggest effect on my life. Even now, any woman would take a No. 2 seat to my job.”

“There’ve been a handful of girls over the last years.  But it’s been very difficult. How does it go any further?”

Jeremy is feeling a certain level of loneliness and adopted a dog:

“I have a wonderful life, but it means nothing if it cannot be shared. That’s all I’m missing right now. It’s a little unbalanced for me.  Right now the only thing consistent in my life is that little dog. That’s why I got it. I was getting really lonely. I needed somebody or something to be there with me through the whole journey.”

Concertgoers at Britney Spears’ Halloween show in London got a holiday treat last night. Though they watched the “Criminal” songstress belt out some chart-topping singles from her latest album, they also got to see a Jonas Brother get a very seductive dance from the pop princess!

Brit’s opening act, Joe Jonas, was brought to the stage and sat back as the singer worked her magic on the young star. While the JoBro’s moment was one of the biggest treats of the night, it wasn’t the only one.

Britney rocked the house as she shimmied her way across the stage, in some very colorful and sexy costumes of her own. And by the looks of these pics, it seems that this show was a can’t-miss!

Here’s Pippa Middleton, heading to work. Same old daily grind . Pippa looks as great as always, doesn’t she? I’m loving those gold flats, and normally I’m not the biggest fan of gold shoes. And I wouldn’t mind having that bag, either.

It was a big night at the opera for some of Manhattan’s elite. From America’s Next Top Model host and judge Tyra Banks to journalist Katie Couric, were some of the biggest names in news and entertainment to step out for the Metropolitan Opera’s opening performance of ‘Anna Bolena’ on Sept. 26.

While Tyra dazzled in a tiered strapless gown, Katie opted for gorgeous cobalt blue number. But they weren’t the only two beauties on-hand to smile for the cameras. Actress Leelee Sobieski stunned in a uniquely printed mini and booties as well.

Ricky Gervais was in a good mood when he stopped by Radio 1 in London this morning. Either the interview went well or he was pumped to give an good interview: I bet he was hilarious!

Jillian Michaels, the former tough-as-nails trainer in ‘The Biggest Loser’ and the newest co-host of ‘The Doctors’ sat down with Redbook to talk about her ongoing adoption plans and why she left reality TV to do daytime television.

On the two years it’s taken to adopt a baby from the Democratic Republic of Congo:

I’ve watched friends congratulate me on [starting] the process, get pregnant themselves, have a baby, and then their baby’s crawling. People are lapping me. My best friend just told me she’s pregnant, and of course I’m ecstatic, but I’m also like, Uhhh! [gestures stabbing herself]. Like, I want my kid to be playing with your kids! It’s just a nightmare.

On how she decided to leave ‘The Biggest Loser’:

I’ve wanted to be in daytime television for a long time, because that’s where you can convey a message. On prime time, it’s like Jersey Shore and The Desperate Housewives of Some Dumb-a** County. It’s just train-wreck television. And it rates. [On The Biggest Loser] I would have long conversations with contestants about unearthing stuff from their past, and none of it would air. They grunt, they cry, I’m like, “You can do it,” they say, “I believe in myself,” and the scene’s over.

On whether she tried to have a child naturally:

Turns out I had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). But at a young age, I didn’t know if I wanted kids, so I didn’t really care. Then I got older, and I watched friends go through IVF, with years of hormones and devastation and disappointment, and I remember thinking God wants something different for me. If I choose to pursue this path, I’ll adopt. And when I was finally ready to go for it, I thought, This is going to be so easy. I am such an a—hole. I had nooo idea. I mean you’re just waiting…If it’s not done by this November, I’m going to take my shot with foster care.

On advice to women facing their fear of change:

They have to trust. I can’t tell you how many people tried to talk me out of leaving [The Biggest Loser]. Everyone. People are really fear-based, and many have this monkey-bar approach to life, like you can’t leave one spot until you’re holding on to the next monkey bar. But by going straight to the next thing, you never get time to reflect or to create space for what’s right.
