David Beckham took his son Brooklyn along with him to the Military Awards in London tonight. What do you think of David’s slicked-down hair? I think both Beckham boys look quite dashing.

Justin Timberlake was back at work today filming his new flick “Now“. I have to say that the description of the film has me interested, along with the fact that Amanda Seyfried is in it.

Hugh Grant must be offering moral support to his BFF Elizabeth Hurley. Hugh was snapped leaving her home this afternoon in London. Elizabeth announced that she and her husband Arun separated a few months back.

Hugh Grant is not ready to hit the half-century mark next week. The actor turns 50 on September 9th and has joked about “ending it all”.

He joked about visiting a “euthanasia clinic”:

“I’m dreading it. There is this place in Switzerland called Dignitas. I’m going to go to Dignitas on my 50th birthday – 50 is enough!”

Hugh suffers from panic attacks and shared (and joked) a little bit about his struggle to find a way to get them under control:

“I get these panic attacks. So I have always tried to do everything I possibly can – herbal remedies, chemical remedies. Running was the only thing that really helped.

“It calmed me down, so I didn’t have the panic attacks. But at the same time, I found it lowered my sense of humour. I lost my edge a bit. So in the end, I stopped running.

He says the cameras are what give him the anxiety:

“It’s not audiences, I love an audience. Put me on stage in front of a thousand people and I’m very comfortable. It’s cameras. I don’t like them.”

Hugh is sort of like Rob Pattinson in that people often misunderstand when he’s joking around – especially when it’s a typed interview and not a video. Sarcasm doesn’t translate well sometimes.

I wonder if Liz Hurley will throw a huge birthday bash for him? I love that these two are still great friends and even vacation together.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Clive Owen and Hugh Grant were all on the red carpet today for the Laureus World Sports Awards 2010 at the Abu Dhabi Hotel.

Clive looks dashing, as always. What about Hugh? Even when he’s all dressed up he still looks a bit disheveled, doesn’t he? I am loving Gwyneth’s dress; what do you think of it?
