Halle Berry reportedly is looking to make a big move: to France. She has filed papers with the court requesting permission to take Nahla with her, where she and Olivier Martinez plan to live together.

You can probably guess Gabriel Aubry’s reaction: “over my dead body,” according to TMZ. Gabriel is said to think Halle’s just trying to keep him from Nahla. One concern Halle has is the stalker who’s broken onto her property and has just been released from prison.

Yet it just seems wrong to me to take Nahla so far away. Can’t Halle just vacation there?

Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, welcomed baby Exton Elias at 7:24 am this morning in Los Angeles, the actor’s rep told People. A friend said:

“Everyone is healthy and they couldn’t be happier.”

So that was a genuine slip when Robert accidentally revealed they were expecting a boy . Exton weighed in at 7 lbs, 5 oz, and is 20 inches long. The baby joins big brother Indio, Robert’s 18-year-old son from his previous marriage. Congratulations!

What do you think of the name? I like the alliteration of Exton Elias myself.

Beyonce stepped out in public for the first time since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy last night to watch husband Jay-Z’s Carnegie Hall concert. She flaunted her famous curves in a clingy red dress. Can you believe she gave birth a month ago?

I’m still wondering if Beyonce and Jay-Z will take Jessica Alba’s advice and sell Blue Ivy’s first baby pictures. I’ll be SHOCKED given how private these two are. We never saw a single wedding pic (or even got official confirmation). But we’ll have to wait and see…

Demi Moore reportedly has checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah. This is the same place that once treated Lindsay Lohan, Kirsten Dunst, Eva Mendes, and Richie Sambora. Brooke Mueller is said to be there now as well.

“She hasn’t had any interaction with other patients yet,” a well placed source toldRadarOnline.com. “She is still in detox at the moment.”

Brooke reportedly is doing well in the program.

“Brooke is doing very well in rehab, this is the first time she has been in a residential treatment program, and it’s been a very positive experience for her so far. Brooke will be at the facility for approximately 35-45 days in total.

Brooke hasn’t talked to or seen Demi,” the source said. “This is simply because they are in different stages in treatment.”

Hopefully Demi will find Cirque Lodge just as helpful!

Demi Lovato sought treatment in 2010 for a variety of mental health issues, including an eating disorder. Now she admits that she went to great lengths to hide her illness.

“I was a very manipulative person when it came to my eating disorder. You name it, I did it. I would lie about already eating. I would lie about having to go to the bathroom. I would go to any lengths to make sure I was sick.”

Sadly, that’s not uncommon with eating disorders. Demi says her problems with food started at a young age.

“I began compulsive eating at the age of eight. Then, when I started being bullied at 12, I stopped eating. I went from overeating to undereating to throwing up. It never really went away. I’d try, but the impulses would come back. You feel like you’re on a downward spiral, but you have to fight through it.

“I had real difficulty with my body image. It was hard to look at myself in magazines. My friends would say, ‘Wow you look so gorgeous.’ Everyone else was looking at what they thought as a beautiful girl, but I just couldn’t see that when I looked at myself.”

Hopefully Demi’s openness about it now is because she’s doing better and feeling better about herself!

‘Mad Men’ star Christina Hendricks credits marriage to Geoffrey Arend with making her more nurturing. Most people say that about parenthood!

“I felt more nurturing towards him [when we married], like he’s here forever and I’ve got to make sure he’s healthy and fed and clothed and loved. I felt much more connected to him. There’s something about having all your family in a room and announcing it and celebrating it that makes it very real.”

There is something very “official” about actually getting married, isn’t there? It sounds like they’re going strong: that’s great news, especially in Hollywood!

I guess this isn’t actually surprising after the pictures of ‘X Factor’ judge Simon Cowell vacationing with another woman, but Simon has now publicly admitted that he and fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy are not together. For the most part.

“It’s quite a complicated relationship. We have had a break from each other, and we are still incredibly close. I’m vulnerable. It’s not on, it’s not off, it’s somewhere in the middle. I don’t know if I will ever get married, but I am happy.”

Hmmm… Well, it’s better to slow down rather than push through with a wedding and getting married if you aren’t sure about the relationship, don’t you think?

Yet? YET?! Well, I guess this is better than a definite confirmation. “Sources” close to Heidi Klum and Seal acknowledge that the couple is having a rough time but have not made a definite decision to split. An insider told People that a lot of separation due to their work has led to strain.

“They’ve been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now. They’re not divorcing.”

Apparently Seal was arriving in LA yesterday, and the source says the couple are doing better together at home in Brentwood, and they’re still “wearing their wedding bands.” Another insider told Us Weekly:

“Nothing is finalized or for sure. Seal flew back from the UK yesterday and he and Heidi are in the house together now. They’ve had a very rough road lately. They’re either madly in love or having crazy fights… they fought a lot [on their Aspen ski trip]. It was a very hard trip.”

Yet more time apart is coming. Seal is set to spend the next month in Australia where he will be on their version of ‘The Voice’ as a coach, while Heidi has to travel to Germany to work on the German edition of ‘America’s Next Top Model.’

“It’s been very hard. but there is a lot of love there, and any decision that will be made is a tough one because they have beautiful children who they both love very deeply.”

All couples hit rough patches, but I hope they’re able to work things out!

Beyonce helped revive an interest in singer Etta James when she played her in the movie ‘Cadillac Records’ and recorded the song ‘At Last’ for her album ‘I Am.’ Today Beyonce paid tribute to the late singer on her website.

“This is a huge loss. Etta James was one of the greatest vocalists of our time. I am so fortunate to have met such a queen. Her musical contributions will last a lifetime. Playing Etta James taught me so much about myself, and singing her music inspired me to be a stronger artist. When she effortlessly opened her mouth, you could hear her pain and triumph. Her deeply emotional way of delivering a song told her story with no filter. She was fearless, and had guts. She will be missed.”

It was nice of Beyonce to take a few moments away from baby Blue Ivy for this, although I’m not sure what Etta would think of it.

When asked what she thought Beyonce and Jay-Z should do regarding Blue Ivy’s first public pictures, Jessica Alba admitted that her advice to the new parents is to sell the first baby pictures. Jessica reportedly received $1.5 million for Honor’s first pictures from OK! magazine.

“For our family, we just wanted to control the experience. We put the money that the picture made into a bank account for Honor to do whatever she wants to do with. It’s her picture, it’s her birth, and we didn’t want it to be like a weird thing when we were walking out of the house for the first time.”

“If there’s a price tag on your child – which is so bizarre – people will go to crazy lengths. We wanted to avoid that hysteria.”

Now that does make sense, I admit. Jessica said the photo shoot was a nice experience.

“We were friends with the photographer. It was just a nice day in the house. We’ll have those beautiful pictures forever. You can give the money to charity and to your baby and that’s it. But the biggest thing is having a healthy baby … I’m sure Beyonce will make the best decision for her family.”

I understand where Jessica’s coming from, but it still gives me a funny feeling (and knowing how private Beyonce and Jay-Z are, I’ll be FLOORED if they do it). Why not just put the pictures up on your Facebook or twitter feed? What do you think?
