And the lawsuits just keep coming in for Lindsay Lohan. Now she’s being sued by a nanny who alleges the actress hit her when Lindsay ran a red light. The nanny was pushing a stroller in the crosswalk. I remember hearing about this one in 2010!

The nanny’s name is Nubia Del Carmen Preza. Her lawsuit says she has suffered “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish.” She is suing to cover her medical expenses and lost work time.

Lindsay may be close to completing her probation, but her time spent in courts isn’t ending.

Lindsay Lohan was in court today for a probation check-in with Judge Sautner.  The Judge praised her for her efforts and if she stays on course, she’ll be off probation March 29th.

Lindsay is scheduled back in court on February 22nd and must complete 15 more community service hours before then, along with 5 hours of therapy.

As Lindsay headed to her hearing this morning, she was served with a bizarre lawsuit. TMZ reports that the 12 page lawsuit reads like a whole lot of gibberish:

From what we gather, the man who filed the claim, Thomas A. Green, alleges Lohan communicated with him via Facebook and led him to believe she would participate in a dot-com business he wanted to create.

It appears Green feels he was duped … and when he pressed Lohan about her true intentions, he uncovered a conspiracy about the killing of Bin Laden.

He also randomly includes a line about believing that she might be a high-end prostitute.

Um. Okay. I know she has a lot of lawsuits and legal woes, but this one sounds a bit overboard.  TMZ also notes that the man has suffered periods of delusion and hallucinations.

Megan Fox reportedly is competing with Lindsay Lohan to portray the late Dame Elizabeth Taylor on the big screen. The film’s executive producer confirmed it to E! News.

“I’ve been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversation with other actresses, including Megan Fox. It’s a very serious selection. It’s like casting for Hollywood royalty.”

Megan seems like the better choice over Lindsay, both looks-wise and in terms of stability (Megan may talk a little too much, but she hasn’t been known to throw productions into chaos). Then again, when Lindsay is pulled together, no one can deny her acting abilities.

2012 marks a fresh start for troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan. No really, the Playboy cover girl wanted a permanent reminder to “Live Without Regrets,” and did so on Jan. 6.

According to TMZ.com, Linds hit a local tattoo parlor on Friday night, where she got some fresh ink on her wrist to mark that she’s a great point in her life.

Despite Lindsay’s bumpy road in 2011… as well as a few years in the past, with her court-ordered community service stint set to come to an end on March 29, the star is ready to turn her life around and kick-start her career.

Although we’re only a few days into the new year, LiLo has managed to steer clear of trouble. Keep it up, girl!

Amanda Seyfried was back on the set of ‘Lovelace‘ this afternoon in Los Angeles.  The actress looked like she was having a great day as she left the set.

Throughout the day she was seen in and out of her dark wig and 70s wardrobe.  Amanda is starring in this retelling of the life of porn star Linda Lovelace and Malin Akerman is starring as the same woman in ‘Inferno‘, that was originally going to feature Lindsay Lohan.  I don’t know why Hollywood does that so often – release two similar movies so close together.

In other Amanda news, she reportedly has split from her boyfriend Andrew Joblon, a real estate executive, that she had been dating for about four months.
