When Demi Moore fell ill, she had to pull out of her role as Gloria Steinem in the movie ‘Lovelace.’ Sarah Jessica Parker was tapped to replace her. And even though Sarah’s had her fair share of high-profile roles, this casting made her a little nervous.

“They explained the circumstances and asked if I would read the script quickly that there was a sense of urgency and I didn’t know at the time they were down to their last few days of shooting on the whole movie.

“So I read the script and I didn’t have the right amount of time to think about it properly. Had I, I probably would have said ‘no’ because it was a daunting experience for lots of obvious and less obvious reasons.

“I can’t speak for the film-makers, I don’t know if they were pleased, I hope they were. They were lovely and hospitable and I was very conscious of the circumstances so everybody was great and I hope I did right by the great Miss Steinem.”

I have NO doubts: I’m sure Sarah did right by Gloria Steinem!

Naomi Watts has been cast in what’s sure to be one of her most high-profile roles to date: the late Diana, Princess of Wales, in the movie ‘Caught in Flight.’ Naomi said:

Among the (rather few actually funny) Super Bowl commercials that aired last night was a new trailer for ‘The Avengers.’ I can’t WAIT to see this on the big screen!

This trailer offered us our first good look at the Hulk. And while Samuel Jackson’s Nick Fury may be the one who brings the Avengers together, this trailer again makes it clear that Robert Downey Jr. has plenty of entertaining scenes himself .

Daniel Craig was hard at work on the set of the new James Bond movie ‘Skyfall’ in London earlier today. Well, those $11.5 million homes don’t pay for themselves!

Are you looking forward to seeing Daniel in a new James Bond film? I think it’s good the franchise went back to him (although Ralph Fiennes would’ve been good, but he’ll be just as good in whatever role he now has in the movie ).
