Jonathan Rhys Meyers, star of ‘The Tudors’, has checked into rehab for alcohol addiction.

Sources say the 33 year old spent 10 days at a London rehab clinic last week. The actor has a history of addiction of alcohol. This marks Meyers’ fourth time in a rehab facility.

In May 2010, he spent time in rehab after he was reportedly abused airport staff after being banned from getting on a flight while intoxicated. Sources said he had been drinking since 7 a.m. at New York’s JFK airport that morning.

Sources are reporting that Meyers’ girlfriend Reena Hammer, told him, “check into rehab or I’m dumping you.”

Meyers was arrested at the Dublin Airport in 2007 for disturbing the peace and being drunk. The charges were later dropped. Then in 2009 he was held by police at the Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris after supposedly assaulting an employee at the bar while intoxicated.

According to sources, Richie Sambora of the band Bon Jovi is checking into rehab for sobriety and exhaustion. a source said, “Richie has had a busy year. I think this was a culmination of all things that overloaded his life and finally he realized he needed to take care of himself.”

Sambora spent time in another rehab in 2007at Cirque Lodge in Utah after his divorce from Heather Locklear and seperated from girlfriend, Denise Richards.

Bon Jovi is set to kick off their European tour in June. There is no report as to how his treatment will affect the band, but the band is backing Sambora in his decision to get treatment.

Sources say, Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has checked back into rehab. Mueller had a week of alleged drug binging. Then on Friday, refused a drug test, which is required by her custody settlement with Sheen. Reportedly, the 33 year old decided to enter rehab to cover herself in case Sheen’s attorneys bring up the refusal in court.

Mueller has custody of their twin boys, Max and Bob after they were taken from Sheen’s house last month, which was ordered by the judge.

This marks Mueller’s second stay in rehab. Last time she entered was in 2010 for drug and alcohol abuse. Just last week she was caught on tape trying to pawn an expensive watch and some stereo equipment for some quick cash.

After completing a 30 day program in rehab, ‘American Pie’ star Seann William Scott has reportedly checked out.

The 34 year old actor checked himself in last month for “health and personal reasons”. Sources say Scott’s rep confirmed that he has “completed a successful treatment program.” The rep also said, “He is looking forward to beginning production next month on ‘American Reunion’ for Universal Pictures.”

Scott made his first appearance Tuesday night when he attended the Knicks game in New York City.
Scott’s voice will be on the animated movie ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’, which should hit theaters in 2012.

Singer Aaron Carter, 23, is reportedly out of the Betty Ford Center after completing a month of rehab, his rep confirms. Sources say that Carter sought treatment to get in shape for the challenges in ahead in his career. Carter is reportedly working on his new album in Florida now.

“Aaron, understanding the challenges and hard work it would take to get himself back to the top, requested to take some time before we started to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he was dealing with,” the rep said. “Therefore he has chosen to enter a facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs that will help him on the music journey he’s about to take.”

A.J. McLean has reportedly returned to rehab for a third time. The singer was in rehab in 2001 and again in 2002 for cocaine and alcohol abuse. McLean is scheduled join The Backstreet Boys on their reunion tour and sources report that rehab will not interfere.

McLean is engaged to Rochelle Deannna Karidis. He posted on Twitter on January 9th saying, “I love u all and wish me luck! I start my sober journey tomm!” The following day he tweeted, “See u on the other side!”

At 12:30 he released a statement saying that he checked himself into rehab clinic and htat he wants to be healthy so he could perform and sing for people. He also said that this will not affect tour plans and he looks forward to seeing everyone. McLean thanked everyone for the support and respecting the privacy of his family and friends during this time.

Lindsay Lohan may have agreed to meet with her father, Michael, while she was in rehab, but according to TMZ, when he showed up at her LA apartment (she was reportedly out on a day pass yesterday), she turned him away.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us Michael showed up — unannounced — in the lobby of Lindsay’s apartment building moments ago. When security called Lilo… she told them to send Michael packing.

We’re told Michael left without a fuss, but the damage is done — Lilo is upset Dad showed up on her doorstep.

So I’m guessing it was NOT a good move for Michael to move into an apartment in the building across the street from her LA apartment (that’s where he’s photographed in the pictures after the break below).

Here’s what sources close to Dina say she’s saying:

We’re told Dina has visited Lindsay in rehab for the last three weeks and gone to every family day possible.  But … our sources say Dina has no intentions of going to any therapy session with Michael, even though Michael is down with doing it next month.

Beyond the usual animosity, we’re told Dina is particularly upset at how Michael has been photographed several times with Lindsay. Dina is saying she can keep herself and Lindsay away from the cameras, so why can’t Michael.  And we’re told …  Lindsay was “furious” when pics of her and her dad surfaced.

I don’t have the rights to those pictures, but I’m sure you’ve seen them. Do you think Michael set that up?

I don’t know if he did, since the paps do lie in wait for Lindsay, but it seems obvious he’s moving WAY faster than Lindsay wants.

Well, this isn’t exactly surprising news: rehab isn’t easy for anybody, is it? Radar Online reports that people close to Lindsay Lohan think that, although she may be struggling, she’s taking her treatment seriously this time.

Not only did the judge reportedly make it clear that one more failed drug test would mean six months hard jail time (hasn’t she heard that before?), but Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, is said to have taken her aside after court.

Holley then had a serious conversation with Lindsay because, “she wanted her to know the consequences if she messed-up again,” a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“At the moment she is finding it tough being in rehab and she misses her friends and family,” the source said.

“She only has one hour of internet access per day and she is using this to stay in the loop with her family and friends while trying to do some career stuff too. Lindsay has not made any great friends inside the clinic, she is just trying to keep her head down and get on with things.”

As for the treatment, Lindsay is “taking the counseling seriously though and knows that she is in a place where she is getting help for her problems.”

Amid rumors that Lindsay cannot pay for her treatment at the Betty Ford Center, adult website Tube8.com has offered to pay Lindsay as a “marketing consultant” and offered her unlimited access to their porn collection.

Okay. Well, hopefully this will be the time Lindsay is able to turn things around.

Sadly, this happens to A LOT of people: they’re finally willing to get help but that help is so expensive, they go broke in the process! The details of Lindsay Lohan’s probation officer’s report are out, and Radar Online got the details (the judge had the chance to review the report before court yesterday).

The probation report, relaying information from one of Lindsay’s doctors, reads: “The defendant was motivated to look at some of the problems in her life, however, there was some denial regarding her drug addiction. He feels that the longer the defendant is at the Betty Ford Center the better.

The report states: “After the positive drug test with the probation department, [substance abuse counselor] Mr. Richman indicates the defendant finally began to talk about feeling powerless and about being an addict. He states the defendant needs ongoing treatment and has a lot of growing up to do.

“She must make several changes in her life in order to succeed, especially coming from a family of dysfunction.”

Lindsay told one of her caregivers that she cannot remain at Betty Ford because she’s broke.

According to the report: “She indicates that she cannot afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work. The defendant stated her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product.”

Lindsay reportedly also told the counselors she had to film a movie (I’m guessing that’s ‘Inferno’?) starting November 10. Apparently, no one was swayed, since she’s been ordered to stay in rehab until January 3, 2011.

But can someone be court-ordered to seek treatment they can’t afford? Or is Lindsay ambivalent about seeking treatment?

Well, luckily for her, the ‘Inferno’ people are standing by her: the director reportedly has said they will postpone filming until January and will move filming to Los Angeles so Lindsay can remain in the project.

COME ON NOW!! I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. Is she serious?!

INO reported earlier today that Lindsay Lohan failed her drug test – though it wasn’t clear which drugs she tested positive for. TMZ is now reporting that it was COCAINE.

Guess what?! That means 30 days in jail!! I’m screaming because I just can’t believe she would do something like this. For some silly reason I thought the rehab was successful.
